Little Christmas Skirt

Here's another skirt I made with my tutorial - that's more ribbon by Stampin' Up! on the hem. This one is a gift for one of Chloe and Bradley's little friends. I used this same fabric to make Chloe a skirt a few weeks ago, but used bias tape around the hem and I much prefer the ribbon. Doesn't it match the polka dots perfectly?
