Blog Candy!

I have never personally won any blog candy, and I've never offered any - so this is a whole new experience for me! I LOVE giving door prizes at my workshops and Stamp Camps because it's so much fun to see how happy people get when they win something. So, hopefully this will bring someone a bit of stamping fun!

For my first ever blog candy I'm totally copying Kristine, from Ink Something! Thanks, Kristine!! She had the great idea of sharing some unused stamp sets with others - instead of trying to resell them, she's offering them as candy (go check out her stuff - it's fun!).

Doesn't this happen to everyone? You want something - MUST have it! You save, maybe you even manage to get it on sale. And then...you never even open it. Yikes!

My Blog Candy is 2 great retired SU! Stamp Sets - Little Layers (which I totally LOVED and then never used!) and Suitable for Framing (another cute one that I just never managed to use!). Both are cut, mounted, and unused. I'm also including a new pack of Stampin' Up! assorted card stock in the awesome new In Colors.

All you have to do is leave me a comment with your name, where you are from, and answer the question: What stamp set (SU! or other) or product did you buy with full intention of using it forever...and then it just sat all alone and forlorn! :)

I'll use a random number generator to draw the winner on Saturday, July 7th, at 7:00am CST.

Best of luck!!

Hello, I am Shannon from Houston area. I got Fun with Shapes, thinking there would be endless possibilities to do with it. When I got it, none of these possibilities were found. I feel like it is an orphan stamp set sitting in my cabinet!! I think the last time I actually touched it is when I mounted it.

Thanks for the great offer of blog candy! I'm Kathy W from Eugene, Oregon. I bought a SU set from the holiday mini...I think it was called Quick Cards...I've only used it once and I find it hard to incorporate the stamps onto bigger cards.

Hello! I'm Cheryl from Madison, Wisconsin. Thanks so much for visiting my blog today! Good idea for me to get the dimensions of the pics in the layout!! Since my money is limited, I do some serious thinking before I buy a stamp set, to ensure that I will use it. However, I got Good Things Grow and have only used it once! If you have any ideas for this set, please let me know!! Thanks!

Great blog candy!! My name is Melissia and I am in Alabama. I didn't think I could like without the SU set And Everything Nice. I used it once. It retired and I even had trouble parting with it when I sold it. Not sure what it was about that set.

Hello from Diane in Ontario, Canada. I have bought a few stamps from other companies that I just had to have and have yet to use. As far as my SU sets, I don't own many SU sets so most of them have been used fairly often. My problem is, I'm bored with them now. lol

I bought Art of Life a year ago and still haven't used it. It's a shame because I've seen others make beautiful cards with it, which is why I got it in the first place. You just inspired me to get it out, thank you.

Hi from the Pacific NW where we spend most of our free time camping. Therefore I don't have a lot of freetime to spend stamping. So probably half of the stamps I own haven't been used yet. My grandma goes to a Senior Center and they craft together. You have just inspired me to donate a few of them to her friends at the center.

Hi Leah, it's Amy C. from Houston. I am fairly new to the SU sets, I have not yet used my Christmas set, I am hoping the reason is because Christmas has not yet passed!
