Double Duty
This card gets to serve double duty and meet the requirements for two challenges this week. The first is the color challenge from Courtney. The card had to have Chocolate Chip, Pink Passion, and Real Red. I stink because I adore Courtney and this is the FIRST time I've done one of her challenges. Sorry, darling!!! You know I love you!
The second challenge is Taylor's weekly sketch challenge. This one doesn't have cupcakes, but it's still pretty sweet. :)
I used my Big Shot a LOT on this card!! I cut just the "Love" sentiment from the SU! strip die "Join in the Cheer" and coated it with Crystal Effects to make it look like a plastic embellishment. Same thing for the little heart.
Materials (all SU! unless otherwise mentioned)
Card stock: Chocolate Chip, Pink Passion, Real Red, Water color paper
Designer Paper: Candy Lane
Stamps: Love you Much
Ink: Staz On Black, Certainly Celery, Bashful Blue, Craft White
Other: Red Gems (Creative Cafe), Red Tiny Twinkles (Taylored Expressions), Big Shot, Sizzlits Decorative Strip Die Join in the Cheer (an SU! exclusive!!), Dotted Swiss Embossing Folder (Cuttlebug), Heart to Heart punch, Rectangle and Scallop Rectangle Dies (Nestabilities), Crafter's Tool Kit, Pretty in Pink grosgrain ribbon, Crystal Effects, Sponge, 2-way glue, Paper Snips

Comments
Thanks for your comments! You asked how I like the Martha Stewart Punches... I lOVE the designs (ie. the butterflies, the cute borders etc) but I'm not too thrilled with the quality -- you can press the lever all the way down on a single piece of c.s. and it may not punch it. I have to really have it positioned right and push hard to get it. SU's are much better quality as far as that goes! Just wish SU! would make a larger variety. :) HTH!
How was the zoo? I need to head that way soon!!
Hugs~ Kim
